Overlapping rolls

Overlapping rollers are a new and modern way of shading windows. Overlapping rollers are designed to be fitted together with the joinery and have the box fixed above the joinery, hence the name overlapping roller.

  • They meet ENEV thermal insulation and sound insulation requirements.
  • Compatible with all commercially available window types.
  • There are two main systems of stacked rollers, the AKU system, which allows the incorporation of the moving net into the roller box, and the AKE system, which does not allow the incorporation of the moving net.
  • The built-in moving nets are located between the window and the roller’s slatted roller mat and are not visible when the roller is lowered.
  • Boxes can be exposed or can be plastered both inside and out.
  • The color options are endless.
  1. PVC guide, extruded pvc, section dimensions 40x60mm or 62x60mm (roll with built-in net);
  2. Aluminum blades filled with 39 or 45 mm polyurethane foam;
  3. L-profile under plaster (optional);
  4. Stacked roll box, extruded PVC, dimensions 170×240/210×240/240x255 mm;
  5. Side cover stacked roller box, dimensions 170×240/210×240/240x255 mm;
  6. Wall mounting bracket (optional);
  7. Console grip (optional);
  8. Thermal cassette insulation, extruded polystyrene;
  9. Visiting box cover;
  10. Profile to clip the cassette to the joinery;
  11. PVC joinery.
